For over 48 years, the Canton Rugby Football Club has been promoting the development of national amateur rugby in the Stark County area. The CRFC Foundation was created in 2004, to support the advancement of youth rugby in the Stark County area. Through volunteer work and 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable donations, the foundation has been - and hopes to continue - achieving many goals. 
 
CRFCF members have been instrumental in establishing local high school and middle school teams for area youth to expand upon the success of the Canton Rugby Men's team, which was established in 1976. In addition to increasing the number of high school programs, the CRFC Foudation will continue to stimulate interest and participation throughout the Stark County Area and beyond by expanding the number of youth programs offered, as well as starting a Women's Team so that our high school girls players have an opportunity to remain a part of our program long after graduation.
